LEVEL 1 FIRE BAN

Effective May 22, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., the R.M. of Frenchman Butte No. 501 Council has reduced the fire ban to a LEVEL ONE FIRE BAN.

Level 1 Fire Ban:

1. All open burning in R.M. is banned
2. Exemptions to a Level 1 Fire Ban providing there is supervision and a fire extinguish plan
   1. Recreational camp fires
   2. Barbeques

Until further notice, any burning permits previously issued are no longer valid. Anyone burning without a permit or with a cancelled permit will be fined.
