RM of Frenchman Butte No. 501 (2026 Capital Program)
The R.M. of Frenchman Butte No. 501 is inviting sealed tenders for multiple capital purchases and construction projects as part of its 2026 municipal equipment and infrastructure program. Tenders are being accepted for the supply of one (1) new motor grader, one (1) new 1-ton cab and chassis truck, one (1) new tractor truck, one (1) new wheel loader, one (1) new tractor, one (1) used mid-size crawler dozer, and for the design and construction of a 140’ × 60’ pole shed at the RM yard.
Each tender includes detailed minimum specifications, safety requirements, warranty provisions, and delivery timelines. Where applicable, proponents may submit pricing with or without trade-in equipment, and the pole shed tender requires separate pricing options for gravel and concrete floors. All tenders must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. CST on February 4, 2026, with awards subject to approval by resolution of Council on February 25, 2026. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
